王全博，男，1940年9月出生，山东省寿光市人，原济南军区空军副司令员，少将军衔，特级飞行员，大学学历，中共党员，中共第十四大代表，立过三等功。

1958年6月选招飞行员入伍。1966年至1968年参加过抗美援越战争。1984年至1985年参加中越边境自卫反击战后期空军轮战。2000年12月退休。

入伍后，历任飞行学员、飞行员、飞行中队长、飞行大队长、飞行副团长、飞行团长、副师长、师长、副军长、空军正军级指挥所参谋长、空军指挥学院（兵团级）副院长、代院长、军区空军参谋长、副司令员等职。

先后毕业于空军飞行学院、空军指挥学院、解放军国防大学、中央党校、山东大学研究生系等学校。

Wang Quanbo, male, born in September 1940 in Shouguang, Shandong Province, was a former deputy commander of the Jinan Military Region Air Force, a major general, a super pilot, a university degree, a member of the Communist Party of China, and the 14th representative of the Communist Party of China.
