王瑞：字吉祥、汝阴细阳人《今阜阳.太和》、牛津艺术学院客座教授，中国书法家协会理事，中国书画研究院理事，中国书画家协会名誉主席，中国书画艺术促进会常务理事，中国国际艺术家协会艺术顾问，联合国和平书画院院士，国家一级书法师，国内艺术界泰斗，“德艺双馨”艺术家。

王瑞自幼爱好书画，刻苦临池，采木板大地为纸练字，以“张颠狂素”为模，取前人之精华，备书法之度，称“墨海疯人”，部分作品编入美国国家名片，中国书画领军人物，作品载入《中国书画家大词典》当代卷二次，世界当代艺术名家大典，特邀入编《盛世翰墨名家经典》国礼卷，世界当代书画艺术名家博览联合国图书馆收藏，部分作品中国邮政出版《一带一路中国梦》邮票和限量版珍藏邮册、《天道酬勤》被人民大会堂收藏。

Wang Rui was fond of painting and calligraphy at his childhood, and worked hard at the pond. He took the plank land as the paper to practice calligraphy, took the "Zhang crazy element" as the model, took the essence of the predecessors, prepared calligraphy, and called "ink sea madman". Some of his works were incorporated into the national card of the United States, and Chinese calligraphy and painting leaders were included in the "Chinese calligraphy and calligraphy dictionary" twice in the contemporary era. The world's contemporary art masters were invited to the "Sheng Shihan". "The famous master of the world" is the collection of the national classics, the collection of the world's contemporary calligraphy and art celebrities, the United Nations Library, and some works.
